Welcoming Dr Rawi for his second visit hanging out with PGPG Mitrans, still a humble and resourceful Dr, This time he shared on the maritime safety, as Dr Ooi mention, PGPG Mitrans must be all rounders and not just stay in their cocoon holding a flag of i'm a land guy, i'm a halal chics. We hope that Mitrans can conduct more lecture alike.
